1.1 Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions
PROJECT KAIZEN SRL, Marului 12 Street, Dobresti, IF, CUI 46813303, J23/6178/2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Buencia” or “Seller”) and the user/customer* in the version valid at the time of the transaction in the Buencia online shop.
Our advertisements are intended exclusively for marketing purposes; the listed prices are fictitious and serve exclusively promotional purposes.
The effect of the product “Corrector V34” is temporary and may vary from person to person. The violet color neutralizes yellow tones and creates a whitening effect. It is recommended to visit a dentist regularly. This whitening effect does NOT necessarily occur for all users.
If you have ordered and unsealed/used a product, a return is not possible. We only accept returns of sealed products.
If you have ordered 2 or more products, only sealed/unused products can be returned.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions.

General Rules for Using the Online Shop buencia.com
2.1 Use of the online shop is permitted only for persons aged 18 or older.
2.2 Persons under the age of 18 may use the online shop only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2.3 A customer is considered a consumer insofar as the purpose of the order is not predominantly related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any legal or natural person acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a contract.
*For readability, we refrain from addressing all genders individually; however, this text refers equally to all genders.
2.4 By registering on the website, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. We require your consent to process your data; without it, the use of the online shop is not possible. The manner of processing personal data is explained here: Privacy Policy.
2.5 To ensure your information is correct, you will receive an e-mail after registration asking you to review and confirm your details.
2.6 Products are sold only in quantities suitable for personal use.
2.7 The seller’s online shop is merely a product catalog. By displaying the products, the seller invites the customer to purchase them and enter into a purchase contract (“Order”).
2.8 The contract language is exclusively Romanian.
Processing of Personal Data
3.1 Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary. However, without consent, registration and use of the online shop are not possible. All information related to the processing of personal data is found in the Privacy Policy.
3.2 In some situations, we may request your consent to send you announcements, offers, and special discounts. This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. More information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Orders
Orders are placed on the website www.buencia.com.
4.1 Products in the online shop are labeled to provide information such as size, color, price, and materials.
4.2 When ordering, select the product’s size, color, quantity, and any other desired features.
4.3 Surprise Product – Promotional Campaigns
What does “Surprise Product” mean? These surprise items may include various products from past or current collections of buencia.ro (beauty, oral care, skincare, complexion, etc.).
How to shop online:
5.1 Choose your desired product and click “Add to Cart.” Adding a product to the cart is not the same as placing a binding order.
5.2 All items in the cart can be viewed by clicking the “Cart” button. You may also remove products or change their quantity from there.
5.3 To purchase the items in your cart, click “Checkout.”
5.4 Registration is not required to place an order.
5.5 Select your preferred delivery method and the address where the order should be delivered.
Please ensure that all delivery and contact details are correct and complete to avoid delays.
5.6 Selecting a payment method is required. Available payment options: Cash on Delivery or online card payment via EuPlatesc (Visa/MasterCard).
5.7 After choosing payment and shipping options, you can view the order summary at the bottom of the page.
5.8 By clicking “Place Order,” you submit a binding purchase request. You must check the box agreeing to the website’s Terms and Conditions before placing the order.
Any order not canceled by phone within 15 minutes of placement is considered final.
To modify an order, you must cancel it and place a new one.
5.9 You retain your legal right of withdrawal (order cancellation).
5.10 An order becomes binding only after all checkout steps are completed. If you do not wish to complete the order, do not finalize it. You may cancel at any time before submission.
5.11 After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details. This is not a sales confirmation. The invoice will be provided with the shipping confirmation and inside the package.
5.12 The seller may contact you by phone (if provided) or e-mail to clarify delivery details. Your phone number and e-mail will not be used for marketing without consent.
5.13 You may declare your withdrawal at any time.
Prices
6.1 All prices in the online shop are listed in LEI and include all taxes. Shipping fees may apply depending on order value and method. These fees are shown separately. You will see the full total before submitting the order.
6.2 Seller and customer agree on the displayed price. After the order is completed, the price cannot be changed.
6.3 The seller reserves the legal right to modify prices, offer discounts, or add new products at any time.
Product Availability
Products shown in the shop are usually available. In rare cases where multiple customers order the same product, it may become unavailable. In such cases, the customer will be notified by phone and will only pay for delivered products.
Unavailable sizes are displayed differently on the product page. Products cannot be added to the cart if unavailable but may be added to the wishlist.
You may sign up for restock notifications via e-mail. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
8.1 Delivery is available only within Romania.
8.2 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
8.3 Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days. Orders ship Monday–Friday; weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery time begins after shipping confirmation. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you.
8.4 Delays of 2–3 business days may occur during national emergencies or alert periods.
Payment Methods
To place an order, you must select a payment method: Cash on Delivery or online payment via EuPlatesc.
If online payment is selected, you will be redirected to EuPlatesc. The order ships after full payment is received.
Note: We will never send you an e-mail asking for payment to a bank account. Ignore such messages and forward them to contact@buencia.us.

Right of Withdrawal
11.1 Right to Cancel
According to GEO No. 34/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins when the customer or a designated person (not the courier) receives the package.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in advance by phone or e-mail.
11.2 Effects of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will refund the order value minus shipping costs within 14 days after we send the acceptance confirmation.
Refunds are issued via the same method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed. Cash-on-delivery payments are refunded exclusively via bank transfer to the IBAN stated on the invoice included in the original package.
If the order was incorrect (wrong item, defect, wrong size), the customer pays no return-related costs.
Refunds may be delayed until we receive the returned product or proof of return.
Returned items must be in original condition: unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unstained, undamaged, with intact tags and original packaging.
Packages must NOT be sent with postage due.
After inspection, refunds are issued within 14 business days.
Conformity Guarantee
Products sold are new and free of defects. If defects appear, the seller is responsible.
Actual product colors may differ due to device display settings and are not considered nonconformities.
The conformity guarantee expires 2 years after delivery.
13.1 If defects are found within 2 business days or during the legal warranty period, contact us at contact@buencia.us.
13.2 Include order number, name, address, and reason for return.
13.3 Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
If justified, we refund the product price and applicable delivery fees.
If unjustified, the product is returned with an explanation.
Liability
The seller is liable only for damage resulting from intentional or gross negligence. Maximum liability is the order value (excluding personal injury).
Buencia is not responsible for computer viruses, cyberattacks, data loss, or hardware damage.
Buencia is also not responsible for phishing e-mails or partner links appearing on the site.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and data accuracy.
Ownership Transfer
Ownership transfers to the customer upon delivery and payment.
Copyright
All website content (logos, graphics, images, text, multimedia) is the exclusive property of Buencia.
Copying, distributing, publishing, modifying, or embedding content without written permission is prohibited.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms follow Romanian law. Jurisdiction lies with the court at Buencia’s registered office.
Changes to the Terms
The seller may amend the Terms when legally or technically necessary.
Invalid provisions are replaced with valid ones closest in meaning.
Failure of one clause does not affect the validity of the others.
IMPORTANT: Failure to pick up an order will result in being blacklisted and unable to place future orders.
